Lipat-bahay- pinakahirap na part ay pagtransfer ng mga
gamit. 'Yung hindi ka pa nga nakatapos mag-ayos ng mga gamit, lilipat ka na
ulit. Dahil yung dati na tirahan binili on the spot. Madali lang sabihin no?
But I always think there's a positive reason slash outcome. Oo nga, nakahanap
ako ng malipatan. Mas okay ang atmosphere, mas malapit sa work.. walking
distance lang. At ang pinakaexciting part is the room makeover.
It's been a month since I last posted an update here. I was
kinda busy at work and at the same time I was busy looking for a new place or a
new room to occupy in particular. Yes, I will be living solo. For like 28 years
living with my sister, I finally decided to live independently for so many
reasons to mention. Because of lack of funds and tight of budget, I was looking
for an affordable room for rent yet comfortable and at ease.
So here's the makeover (refer to before and after photos.
I was one of the early risers that morning in an island. I
always love to catch the sunrise and watch the sunset when I am on a travel
vacation. Unlucky I was that morning because the sun appeared late. I just
realized the highest mountain in Antique, the Mt. Madias blocked the morning
sunshine. There was a nice view to watch though. The black doves in the
seashore caught my attention. It's true, early doves catch the insects.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes mostly via facebook and thru text messages and phone calls. I am overwhelmed by the love ❤ and I feel blessed to have great friends. I want to give special thanks to my bosses and officemates, to Riza for the food preparation, to ng BB for the ampao, to Rosielyn Gil, Angel and Niki for the surprised birthday gifts! Thank you so much to my bff Marigold Arlos Tang and her family for the surprised early visit (sorry naka bday leave po) and for the birthday cake and gift. To my bes Harry Sasi BaronCanilao for the surprised birthday kantahan. To Shyne Fuentes for the birthday cake and thank you too, Paul Bryan ChaChaMiraflor for sharing your blessings. And last but not the least, ang mga utod ko kay Kristo, thank you guys for the birthday surprises- cake, birthday presents and the party!- Laila Sulleza, Lyn Bunda, Janine Cho specially to Mr. And Mrs. BlanciaDerick & Dewise Jude. I can say this year is the most unexpected and unforgettable birthday I've ever celebrated. I never ask anything but He gave much gift of love and friendship this year. God bless us all!
Hi! It's too late to greet you a HAPPY NEW YEAR. I'm so sure you guys are doing great and already had your first trip or first travel in 2018. By the way, this is ODEL, a portable stuff toy dog and he will be my travel buddy. Samahan nyo kami sa aming adventures this 2018- the year of the dog.
Beach walking, taking photos of lil things, watching the
sunrise and sunset, nature-tripping and taking selfies (yes, a lot of selfies
para makuha ang right angle!) are my favorite travel moments. In addition, I
took time to sit and let my feet to rest. The falling-dead-but-colorful leaves
on the ground caught my eyes. Napaisip ako... hugot?! I then noticed how the
tree do not cling to its leaves. The falling of leaves is about releasing the
old to make way for the new. Fall out of love is about releasing someone and
let go to make way for the new better one and fall in love again.ihihihi And
like a tree, life fails to be perfect but never fails to be beautiful.
It's nearly two months and a half since I posted on facebook about the
100 pesos I saved. It was June 28 to be exact. In order to save 100 pesos a day
intended for taxi fare every morning (shhh, I was always late), I tried to go
to work early or report to work on time. That's self motivation. The 100 peso
saving a day is actually for a trip. The total days is 62 from June 28 until
yesterday, September 11. Now the question is: to go or not to go? Will I spend
or will I save?
Hello to my blog. I missed having an intimate conversation with you. It's been awhile. But hey I'm back! It was my birthday yesterday and I enjoyed celebrating it for the first time. TBH, yes without halong kaechosan. It's not that I received much gifts this year but I can say celebrating my birthday with my friends is priceless!

It's perfectly okay if the only exercise you get today is looking something online, stirring your juice and smiling. Well-being means your whole body. Make sure your soul is getting as much exercise as you can.
I am kinda excited to celebrate your 365 days. I am looking forward to spend overnights on the beach, in the mountain or somewhere else. I am already prepared for that. Anyway, I would like to thank Dyan Sapaden for the Life Dreams Success Planner by Bo Sanchez. I so love the inspiring quotes. I love more of the paintings all over the pages of the book by his son Francis John. In addition, the 2 in 1 lantern and flashlight was given by Ng Bebe Madurar. It's a perfect match for overnight camping. Thanks to both of you!
Lastly, I wanna share the inspiring quote from the book.
"When you pray with profound peace, when you laugh until your belly hurts, when you take deep breaths, when you enjoy the sunset, when you get a hug, when you're engrossed in a project that blesses the world, your body manufactures all-natural chemicals that heal your body."
The life-changing magic of tidying up book by Marie Kondo gave me this kind of neat idea.
1. Wallet is one of our daily must have things. Tingnan mo nga baka nga-nga na siya. There are two different meanings of nga-nga in figure of speech. Nga-nga dahil walang laman or nga-nga as in it looks like it is about to burst na.
2. We need to empty our wallet from time to time. As in tanan2x iwas-ag bala.joke!
3. Separate them in 3 categories
A. Cards
B. Bank notes/paper money/bills
C. Receipts
4. Separate the receipts to throw away to receipts to keep. In my personal case, I found some expired raffle coupons. Ha-ha. At yung tel. Number na naisulat sa maliit na papel at kailangan na i-save sa phonebook.
5. Separate the cards
A. Prepaid cards
B. Discount cards
C. Savings and credit cards
Personal experience- one time sa grocery counter binigay ko and bench card instead of robinsons card dahil pareho sila na color red.
6. I separate the discount cards- cards frequently use and card rarely use for OAness. You can skip this one.
7. Arrange the bank notes in denomination from smaller bill (front row) to big money bill (behind). Minsan kasi ang tip mo 1k yun pala nagkamali ka 1h php lang dapat. Or kapag nasa counter mas mabilis ang pagbayad.
8. Wallet usually have two compartments for paper money and for large cards and other important receipts. Tada, it looks neat na!
