EYES WIDE OPEN

I use watercolor as a medium in painting.  Like in life, there are mistakes we made but it serves as a learning steps.  Arts like that.  There is always more to explore, to look at, to enjoy.

As i remember each summer, I walked the hill with an illustration board and a pencil.  That was when I was in my last level in grade school.  I observed all of the small details around me- the bald trees, a small stone, dried leaves.  This nature ritual may sound simple but it represents a deep commitment to personal artistic vision.

I am a nature-lover.

SHE'S PREGNANT!

Before I continue my recent journey in Guimaras Island, I would like to share the exciting topic about pregnancy.  Yes, pregnancy is a time of anticipation, excitement and preparation.  You dream of a baby who will be strong, healthy, and bright.  And you make plans to provide her/him with everything she/he needs to grow and thrive.  As a mother to be, you are excited from the moment when you first learn you're pregnant.

This year one of my close friends finally made it.  She's soon to be a mother!  One of my nieces is pregnant too. Si Powkie, (our dog) hindi rin magpapatalo.  Mas excited ata ako keysa kanila.  :-)
