To combat "workaholism" try these tips. It's effective.
a. Focus on the work you most love doing, and try to find ways to stop doing, delegate, or minimize the parts of your work you dislike.
b. Use your time; don't let it use you. Decide how much time you want to spend working; then limit your work accordingly.
I stop working at 5:30 pm and do online farming.
c. Build friendship at work. Arrange to spend quality time with coworkers.

d. Organize and decorate your workplace to create an environment that pleases you. You deserve it.

e. Try to stay in touch with the positive aspects of your work: the pleasure of doing work that fulfills you, the freedom, the opportunity to be of service to others, or other aspects of your work you find rewarding.

di ako workaholic..mamaholic ako.. hihi.. galing mo naman, napaka organize mo talaga.. di pa rin nawawala farming mo ha, pag-igihan mo yan.. :) nex time, bili ako farm katabi mo para neighbor na tayo.
I've overcome being a workaholic. Thanks to my 7month old job, being workaholic is not a requirement.
